Handcrafted Jewelry Disclaimer:
All our jewelry is handcrafted and designed uniquely.
Our pieces are studded with semi-precious stones, pearls, and beads which may have slight irregularities or imperfections due to the artisanal process. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship, making each piece truly one of a kind.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions, the colors, textures, and details of our jewelry may appear differently on your screen. We cannot guarantee that what you see will perfectly match the actual product.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customized orders cannot be canceled, and payments are non-refundable or exchangeable.
No Returns or Exchanges:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during transit.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us on the same day of receiving the order.
A video of the package being opened MUST be provided as proof of damage.
We do not accept returns for SALE / FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE SALE items.
Return Process for Damaged Items:
All shipments undergo quality checks before dispatch. In case of damage:
The customer must return the shipment at their own expense, or
Contact our customer support to arrange a return shipment.
Once we agree to accept return on a special condition, Buyer must return (ship) item within 3 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
