Shipping policy

We make sure to pack all the products with proper care by following safety standards and deliver your package on time. Safety is our highest priority.

Shipping is extra $10.

Customers are requested to provide accurate address along with ZIP code (postal code), and area name so that there are no delays in delivery.

Shipping time does not include weekends and public holidays. One day processing period is required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

We usually ship through USPS. You will receive an email with USPS tracking number once the order is shipped.

Typically, it takes about three to four business days for you to receive the item(s) after it is shipped. However, we don’t hold any responsibility for the delays by USPS.

Sparkle gemstones & beads is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, missing or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier for further investigation.

Priority and overnight shipping options are also available at additional cost.
